Director of Recruiting – Veterinary

Rapidly growing veterinary practice corporation needs a Director of Recruiting to develop, manage and implement talent acquisition programs to attract top talent to all levels of the organization.  The Director of Recruiting will partner with department leaders to establish short and long term goals and actions plans.  The Director will develop innovative hiring strategies and recruit to match cultural fit as well as technical skills.  The Director will develop on-boarding, staffing metrics, and monitor compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations with regard to hiring.

Qualifications include experience in full cycle recruiting in the Veterinary field, 5 years of experience managing a team, experience with using an ATS, strong interpersonal skills, high organized, self-motivated and ability to work independently.  a SPHR-CA, PHR-CA or similar is preferred.
