Corporate Sales Representative -(Field Based Position)The Corporate Sales Representative is a key member of the sales team and is responsible for business development initiatives to grow sales. The Corporate Sales Representative will define, develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to provide a full service approach to marketing and selling services to the healthcare industry. The Corporate Sales Representative will identify customer needs and discuss sales opportunities with clients and will translate needs into creative programs and solutions. The Corporate Sales Representative will manage multiple business initiatives, contract negotiations and work with the team to accomplish sales and marketing objectives. The Corporate Sales Representative will offer product solutions, overcome objections and make sales to qualified leads. The incumbent will remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the Veterinary Industry. The incumbent will provide a consultative approach to clients that will help drive revenue.
Qualifications include a Post-Secondary degree with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated high-performance in a sales/account executive role within preferred experience in the past working in an advertising/marketing agency as an account manager. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to find leads, provide sales assessment, develop business requirements, conceptualize programs and generate revenue through successful sales. Other qualifications include excellent written, presentation and communication skills, knowledge of veterinary industry businesses and contacts are a must, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, time management and organizational skills and ability to travel 40% of the time in North America.
