Clinical Director Veterinarian (Houston, TX)

The Clinical Director Veterinarian provides clinical support and expertise to multiple veterinary hospitals in assigned locations including Houston and Pacific Northwest (12-24 hospitals). The Clinical Director Veterinarian will collaborate with the Operations Director and Operations Managers in the areas frequently and directly. The Clinical Director Veterinarian has responsibility for quality care outcomes, training and development, strategic collaboration and execution, relationship building and compliance to industry standards.

Qualifications include a veterinarian degree, formal business education and training, 3+ years of small animal veterinary practice experience and ability to travel within the region. The successful candidate will have clinical acumen, coaching skills, high impact communication skills, leadership disposition, strategic decision making ability, drive for results and ability to earn trust.

Successful candidate will also have previous leadership experience, and have a dynamic, positive leadership style.
