Business Unit Manager
The Business Unit Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities for the business unit. The incumbent will create annual and monthly sales objectives, will establish market and target customer strategies for the organization and will establish compensation plans for sales personnel including salary, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
Qualifications include training and experience in the use of a CRM, Animal Health experience, 10+ years of sales management, a demonstrated leader among employees and customers, strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships with customers, highly computer literate, organization and time management skills and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required and Master’s degree preferred. There is a 50% travel requirement. Experience with OTC customers is highly desired.
