You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a veterinarian. The leadership is also open to someone with less experience if the individual is highly motivated. To help strengthen your skillset in specialty areas, the hospital offers mentorship.

Experience with dentistry and interpreting dental radiographs is a plus, but not required for the position.

Your Assignment:

The Associate Veterinarian will perform the duties of a small animal (dog and cat only) outpatient veterinarian. There will be one surgery day per week and will consist of dentistry with a mix of minor procedures such as mass removals, spay/neuter, cystotomies, etc.

The other days will be spent doing appointments. The hospital sees greater than 95% of cases as appointments but does take walk-ins and drop-off appointments as necessary.
