This is a full-service small animal practice in the East Bay area of California. In addition to wellness and preventative care, the modern facility offers routine and complex surgeries, dental radiography, diagnostics, and more.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, sympathetic, and able to maintain and professional attitude and demeanor during emotional and stressful situations. They must be comfortable performing anesthesia and routine surgeries including canine and feline spays, neuters, mass removals, and dental. They are a team player who is willing to learn new techniques and treatments, offer creative ideas, and accept change.

In this position, you will work to create an optimal environment that ensures employee retention, patient well-being, and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a productive practice while focusing on a high-quality standard of care.
