VP of National Accounts – #7286
We are seeking a driven and experienced sales leader for a VP of National Accounts role. In this position, the incumbent will lead and develop a national team of veterinary sales professionals to develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of national and territory sales goals.
In this role, the incumbent will communicate business plans to drive across key accounts and will maintain a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for the National Accounts team.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred, 7+ years in a sales managerial position, 7+ years of customer-facing experience, and prior sales experience in the Animal Health industry. Capital equipment sales or diagnostic sales experience is preferred. The incumbent must be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills as well as effective negotiation skills and be an effective communicator.
This position requires up to 50% overnight travel.
