Veterinary Practice Integration Specialist – US Remote – #7762
We are hiring a remote Veterinary Practice Integration Specialist, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zones. This job requires about 20% travel.
This position supports teams that work with new partnerships supporting our Integrations and Onboarding process. In this role, the specialist will support a smooth transition during the pre and post-close phases.
This role executes integration-related tasks and responsibilities with the utmost attention to detail and leans on their expertise and knowledge to develop vendor transition plans, identify opportunities for improvement, analyze and report on the integration status, create SOP, and continuously navigate through unique integration processes stemming from new partnerships.

Integration Specialist
- Reviews and organizes diligence received that will impact operational transition plans post-close.
- Develops a vendor transition plan that includes all vendors, transition expectations, and timing.
- Completes all paperwork for transitions accurately and on time including legal review and signatures.
- Assist and create collaborative relationships pre and post-close with functional departments to ensure all tasks are completed for a successful transition.
- Provides timely updates to M&A and Integrations team on diligence not received that will impact onboarding.
- Assist with meeting planning and coordination as assigned by the Integration leader.
- Prepares SOPs for all Integration and Onboarding tasks to assist with building a playbook.
- Works with the Integration leader to create a plan to ensure all SOPs and collateral are updated and current.
- Prepares materials needed to bring to meetings such as the Meet & Greet and onboarding.
- Assists with data entry projects such as inventory counts at close.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comfortable working remotely and in person
- Experience as an executive administrative assistant is a plus
- Vendor management experience is a plus
- Inventory management experience a plus
- Effectively use Google Drive Applications, Google Meets, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication
- Veterinary practice management experience is a plus
