Business Development Representative – Dallas Fort Worth, TX – #8116
We are seeking a determined and compassionate Business Development Representative in the Dallas Fort Worth Metro area.
Our Business Development Representative plays a vital role in expanding our reach and building lasting veterinary relationships. It is their role to build relationships in the community by physically visiting clinics throughout the Dallas and surrounding areas.
The primary goal is to set up a meeting, lunch and learn, or facility tour with the goal of converting the clinic to using our services. This will also be accomplished by making phone calls, sending follow-up emails, attending pet events & conferences, and helping set up events we host.
You will have full autonomy over your work but also support around the clock for anything you might need! Your leaders are extremely passionate about our business and bring energy into everything they do. They make sure the team (that includes you!) knows that there’s no one better than us.
We are a team of pet lovers with extremely high standards for our veterinary partners. We are mission-driven and growth-oriented. Our management team and executives will confidently outwork anyone.
We preach the concept of exchange in abundance: we push our team members hard and reward them for their results.
Our reputation among clinics is incredible. We follow through on our promise to treat clients as though they are family and make sure they are taken care of. We go above and beyond to develop and maintain a wonderful relationship with clients. We have a culture of excellence when it comes to the pet parent experience and how we treat our clinics.
We are privately owned and have the luxury of thinking long-term. We have an emotionally driven product and make a positive impact every single day. Not many people get to do as much good as we get to do. Not only for our families and our clinics but for the planet as well.
Travel will be very regular but domestic. It is in and around DFW. There will be occasional conferences — maybe once or twice a year that you will need to travel to outside the Dallas, Ft. Worth area.
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of sales experience in the Veterinary profession. Is persistent and consistent with a strong work ethic and self-discipline. Is a highly motivated individual with Veterinary industry knowledge, and most importantly, has a love for animals and the planet.
