As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.

We are seeking an individual who is not only adept at managing compliance, benefits, and PTO tracking but also someone who understands the significance of creating meaningful relationships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulation
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to guarantee compliance across the organization.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize benefit offerings.

Vacation and PTO Tracking:

  • Manage and streamline the vacation/PTO tracking process.
  • Implement efficient systems to monitor and report on employee time off.

Employee Relations:

  • Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to understand their needs and concern.

Talent Development:

  • Work with the leadership team to identify and nurture talent within the organization.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and compliance managemen
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
