Advertising Agency Account Manager – Bilingual
Advertising Agency Account Manager-Bilingual. We are looking for an Account Manager who is Bilingual in English and Spanish to join our client’s Atlanta based team.
In this role, the Account Manager will maintain direct, day-to-day client contact in order to meet the client needs. The incumbent will check for and respond promptly to client and internal agency communications as well as keep abreast of client projects through online project management system and maintain consistent communication with the traffic manager as well as other relevant agency personnel. The Advertising Agency Account Manager will quickly and accurately relay client input and feedback to appropriate agency personnel as well as review client input and utilize knowledge and learning to provide valuable insight and recommendations, when necessary. The incumbent will develop project estimates and monthly client reports and will brief agency teams on new projects. The incumbent will ensure brand standards and product messages are maintained and accurate and will provide creative, production, media, public relations and digital departments well-documented input, support data and production details as required. The incumbent will review and approve copy and creative layouts and coordinates client approval of same. The incumbent will oversee production of materials with designated vendors in Latin America and ensure timely delivery based on client input. The incumbent will coordinate shipments of marketing materials to Central America and the Caribbean as well as will notify country representatives of shipments and ensure distributors receive commercial invoices and tracking information in advance. The incumbent will assist the client with developing PowerPoint presentations for sales promotions and new campaigns, as needed and will utilize the client dashboard to run market share reports and provide the client with updates. The incumbent will research new vendor partners and provide recommendations to the Account Supervisor/Director. The incumbent will keep apprised of the client’s brands, products and services and market developments. The incumbent will assist in preparing and reviewing client invoices, proposals, marketing communications and strategic marketing plans, media and public relations plans. The incumbent will inform the Account Supervisor and Director regularly of account progress for all assigned clients.
Qualifications include a team player with great organization skills and a strong scientific background who is driven, proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English and Spanish is required along with a strong scientific background Animal Health or Human Pharmaceutical experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft Office programs (strong Excel skills a plus), four-year college degree in business or communications preferred; strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead and follow when appropriate, comfortable working with a group and as an individual, exceptional operational excellence, attention to detail and time management skills, strong work ethic and desire to grow as a marketing and advertising professional.
