Field Sales Specialist – USA – Travel Required #5416

We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist.

The Field Sales Specialists is responsible for calling on veterinary clinics complete information pertaining to veterinary products in a manner that will ensure the appropriate recommendation and use of the product line to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

• Educate and sell company products to the veterinary clinics assigned
• Set up and execute lunch seminars for staff straining
• Be available to cover a Regional Sales Managers territory
• Attend local, regional, or national trade shows when needed
• Visit retail stores when requested to make sure inventory levels are correct
• Sell products to dealer accounts in the assigned geography
• Perform any other sales related tasks that are assigned by National Sales Manager, Zone Sales Manager, or District Sales Manager
• Regular attendance is required
• Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment
• Other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must travel at least 60 nights per year in their designated territory to effectively manage their geography
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (with emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint)
