Veterinary Sales Manager – USA (Travel required)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join an international company. Recently launched in the US, the company develops, markets, and distributes Low Level Laser Therapy technology. Designed to treat pain, orthopedic disorders, wounds, and inflammations, these are a series of revolutionary, lightweight, and portable devices for daily domestic use in the comfort of home. The advanced technology is supported by strict monitoring and inspection procedures; as a result the company and its products are leaders in the home medical devices market.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for sales in the USA veterinarian clinics
- Develop the sales strategy and executing plans for the US market
- Grow a study and profitable revenue from sales to clinics through distributors
- Search and recruit distributors dealing with veterinarian supply and medical devices in North America
- Supervise the distributors and support their sales strategy networking
- Manage sales connections with large, known Veterinary Distributors in the US. Previous acquaintance with these distributors is a must.
- Manage the commercial connections with the relevant distributors – nationwide
- Visit the distributors all over the continent and perform commercial and professional training to the people in the field
- Support the customers, answering technical questions about devices
- Prepare presentations and be able to present the company in local conferences and conventions. Be able to sell the concept and solutions to a professional audience
- Be the company’s front line and manage the local needs for digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management
- Capable for conducting domestic flights at least 4 times per month to visit customers

Requirements:
- A very experienced and professional business/sales person with working experience at one of the large, known Veterinary Distributors in the US
- Experience in field sales, nationwide (USA)
- Has between 7-10 years of field sales experience
- Perfect knowledge in Office software and fluent using skills in E-mails
- Perfect use of Skype/Zoom
- Ability to attend web meetings from time to time with headquarter
- Very energetic, charismatic, representative, and self-managed
