Our client is a fast-growing consolidator of veterinary hospitals that is focused on buying good veterinary practices and then growing the business while maintaining the legacy of the selling veterinarian. Our client is focused on providing high quality medicine and a positive client experience.
The Partnerships Relationship Manager will assist with the communication between the prospective sellers and Partnerships Directors. This individual will handle outbound calling and email communications in order to create more leads for the Partnerships Team. The Relationship Manager will support the Partnership Team throughout the acquisition process to help ensure communication lines stay open and prospective leads remain motivated. The incumbent will maintain a database and will help develop print and digital marketing content to bring awareness to the flexible options the organization offers and will distribute those through e-mail blasts and postal mail campaigns. As part of the Partnerships team, the incumbent will coordinate trade shows and other events. Our client is actively growing and expanding the network of clinics and is offering the unique opportunity to advance and grow within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills or attributes:
Self-starter, highly motivated and talented performer, with a focus on collaboration
Identify and call on prospective leads in order to generate a more robust pipeline for the Partnerships team
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong relationships over the phone and through email with an expectation to handle 20-30 outbound calls/emails per day
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage to deadlines with a sense of urgency and accountability
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
Desire to advance into an outside sales or business development position
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
One to three years of inside or outside sales experience (required)
Previous experience with Mail Chimp and Salesforce (preferred)
Experience working independently as well as in a team environment
