Associate Veterinarian – Philadelphia area (west)

Veterinarian Philadelphia area – Chester county.  Very well respected shelter hospital is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian in Chester County, PA for a position in shelter medicine. This role is for someone who would like to improve the lives of shelter animals as well as practice medicine on non-shelter animals. The shelter is open, inviting, clean, animal centric and a pleasure to work in.

Typical mornings begin with seeing shelter medicine cases for about hour, prescribing treatment plans according to medical protocols written by the Medical Director. Days then transition into our community-based outpatient clinic; clients often use our clinic as their primary veterinary provider. Our clinic is equipped with an array of state-of-the-art diagnostic capabilities including in-house blood work and digital X-ray.

Qualifications include DVM or equivalent, license in PA.
