Our client is a full-service small animal veterinary clinic with several clinics in the Fort Worth area. It is a fast paced facility, well-staffed with modern technology that offers in-house labs and digital radiology, offering drop off, scheduled and walk-in appointments, Monday-Friday.

The practice also offers sick and wellness visits by appointment and for walk-ins on Saturdays.

We are looking for a team player in the role of Associate Veterinarian to join us the practice. Our ideal candidate has a positive and friendly attitude and is focused on exceptional patient care through wellness and sick-pet appointments, surgical procedures and nurturing the human-animal bond through whole pet wellness.

The successful candidate needs to be confident in their skills and cannot be overwhelmed by busy workdays. The successful candidate will have a commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics and is able to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members. The veterinarian will maintain a professional appearance and have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.

The practice offers several schedule options and all doctors currently work 4-5 days a week which includes every other Saturday. The 4-day work schedule is something we are entertaining offering depending on the candidate and clinic needs. No after-hour services or emergency on call service requirements.

Local travel between clinic locations can be required as schedules or coverage is needed. (roughly 10 miles)

Qualifications:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university with good standing in the state of Texas.

Generous base pay + Commission.
