Operations Manager – Atlanta

Operations Manager Atlanta.  The role of the Operations Manager is to assist the teams in the operational processes. This entails management of operational processes to delivery launches including operational systems setup, planning and monitoring. The Operations Manager will provide management reporting on the status of projects. The Operations Manager will identify clients with training needs and will manage invoicing and statement circulation as well as provide support to Company Trainers for launches, including hotels and flights. The Operations Manager will respond to customer inquiries. The Operations Manager will manage and resolve IT systems issues including any necessary escalation of problems to corporate and will manage data for clients in Microsoft Dynamics to ensure this is up to date. The Operations Manager will own certain financial processes for the US business, including liaison with finance team to include: ensuring up to date compliance with US filing requirements and liaising with the accounts team at corporate. The Operations Manager will liaison with outsources finance resource to communicate new invoices for processing.

Qualifications include a Bachelors’ degree and relevant experience. Someone who has a background in both IT and accounting would be ideal for this role. The role does not require a CPA and does not require the incumbent to be a coder. Other qualifications require being able to read P&L statements and ability to use Excel Spreadsheets.   The incumbent will be measured by ensuring all operational targets are met and on establishing systems and processes to ensure customer experience from sign up through to successful operations is of highest quality and by being able to identify, log, track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise.  Having Veterinary or Animal Health Industry experience is a benefit.
