We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join a team. This is a busy canine, feline, and exotics animal practice in the suburbs of Duluth, Minnesota. The modern facility offers up-to-date digital radiology (including dental), ultrasound, and photo biomodulation laser therapy unit, and more.

We are looking for Associate DVMs who are committed to a team-oriented approach, seeing and appreciating the genuine value of all team members who work cooperatively and compassionately for the good of patients, clients, and each other. Treating each other with gratitude and respect can make a tremendous difference in mediating the day-to-day challenges and stresses given the pace of this busy and growing practice.

This practice operates using 30- and 60- minute appointments intentionally offering ample client/DVM contact time to enable great discussion and complete understanding. The current team includes 5 DVMS, 2 receptionists, and 9 veterinarian technicians and assistances, and there are no weekend hours.

Compensation/Benefits: Highly competitive base salary + monthly bonus potential and sign on bonus, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, CE allowance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.
