We have a tremendous opportunity to lead our thriving practice on the Virginia side of the Washington DC Metropolitan. This position offers a six-figure starting salary plus production, additional Medical Director compensation, a signing bonus package, paid family leave, schedule flexibility, and more!

The ideal candidate is someone who values community and diversity and is passionate about people and pets! This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian with a desire to lead our practice as an owner would, without the added responsibilities of ownership.

The incoming Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing all professional services, implementing veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters, and will ultimately serve as “Veterinarian in charge.”
