We are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a team of doctors as Medical Director. This is a full-service small animal practice in southwestern Chicagoland that treats dogs, cats, rabbits, and pocket pets. In addition to wellness and preventative care, the state-of-the-art facility is equipped with digital radiography (including dental), in-house labs, endoscopy, laparoscopy, cold therapy laser, and therapeutic laser. TPLO surgery, orthopedics, laparoscopy-assisted gastropexy, and fracture repair are also offered.

This practice is focused on making sure they have the right tools to allow the doctor and medical staff the ability to provide excellent service and care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is excited about leading a team, driving the growth of the practice, and furthering the practice’s commitment to their clients and patients. The Medical Director will set and review SOP’s establish and drive the direction and medical quality of the practice, manage the doctor team, and support the management of the office staff.
