You will oversee the hiring, training, and managing of a completely new team for the hospital. In addition, you will enjoy the freedom of making your own decisions for your team, local clients, and their pets!

For This Role You Will Need:

A successful candidate will be an experienced, passionate veterinarian ready to utilize and grow their leadership skills as well as medical expertise. Business acumen is a plus, however if you are new to running a business, the leadership will help you grow your business operations skill set!

Essential Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the physical building and set-up of the practice
• Setting and monitoring standards of medical excellence.
• Mentoring and coaching your associate vets and medical team
• Leading and developing community outreach and marketing, including creating local interest in the hospital prior to the grand opening, while building ongoing connections within the local community.

• Highly competitive base salary plus bonus compensation; commensurate with experience, base range of $135,000-$165,000
