We are seeking an entrepreneurial and a compassionate Clinical Medical Director who is looking to make a positive impact on the veterinary care industry through innovative ways. This is a new-brand animal clinic that has an opening for a dynamic servant-leader to guide a team of doctors and staff in Seattle, Washington, and make a tremendous impact in the community. This position offers relocation assistance if needed.

The mission of the clinic is to provide high-quality, convenient veterinary care for pets and their families while offering world-class services. Services offered at this brand-new clinic are wellness, routine medical, and surgical care. This clinic will care for pets needing annual check-ups, vaccinations, flea/heartworm medication, and much more!

The Clinical Medical Director will help build a company that will reimagine the way veterinary care is delivered, through a combination of telemedicine, in-clinic, and at-home services. In this leadership role, the candidate will assist in building a playbook so services can be expanded to other geographical locations. The Director must be committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the code of ethics.

• Is confident in their ability with the general practice medicine.
• Have the leadership aptitude to build a team, set direction, and hold people accountable to a high standard
