We are seeking an independent and driven individual to serve as our Chief Veterinarian at our wonderful Loveland office in Colorado.

We are making big (and exciting!) changes to our hospital and because of this, we are experiencing a lot of growth! We are expecting someone to come in and thrive in our fast-paced clinic. There is a lot that the Chief Veterinarian can do – we will give you the autonomy and support needed to be successful!

Some of what the incoming Chief veterinarian will oversee is daily clinic operations and managing personnel to proactively troubleshoot and remediate any issues having to do with the office. You will act as a practicing veterinarian, while also being a leader within our clinic, and a liaison outside our clinic with external veterinarians and clinics regarding the treatment of stray animals, shelter animals, or animals adopted from an organization.

You will work with the Director of Operations to provide leadership and assist in developing programs, operations, and financial plans.

You will motivate, train, reward, coach, hire, and develop veterinarians.

You will have veterinarians reporting to you as you lead with grace and determination.
