We are seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to join a fast-growing company in the Great Lakes Area in Michigan.

The ideal candidate is a highly team-oriented professional who will lead the organization through the step of expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for fostering an atmosphere of growth, understanding, and collaboration.
• The CSO time will be spent on a mix of financial, operational, and growth initiatives, with 25 percent of your week looking to the past, 50 percent of your time on the present, and 25 on the future.
• Collaborate with other leadership team members
• Responsible for the creation and execution of the future strategic plan of the organization with a pathway to attain its long-term vision.
• Key Results Area is a strategic area or goal the Chief Strategy Officer needs to achieve. Among these goals include maintaining a healthy relationship with the CEO and leadership team, and the organization has a clear and strategic plan that coincides with the vision of the CEO.
• There are multiple Key Performance Indicators including meeting with the CEO monthly, and walking alongside operations, finance, analytics, administrative, and other departments to process the organization’s strategic initiatives forward.
