The Business Unit Manager is responsible for the functional management of all of the sales and marketing activities and profitability of the business unit.
The incumbent will have full P&L responsibility for all operational activities (Sales, Gross Margin, operating expenses-sales and marketing) of the Unit. The position reports directly to the Country Manager. The Business Unit Manager is expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
Qualifications include University degree in Business Administration Management or Marketing along with a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the animal health industry. Must have basic computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
