Chief Veterinary Officer

Chief Veterinary Officer-The Chief Veterinary Officer is a member of the senior leadership team and will contribute to the sales,  marketing and business development function for the organization.  The position entails contributing to strategic partnerships, product and business development and acting as the customer facing representative. The incumbent will assist with the university and college strategy for the organization and will establish and maintain relationships with faculty and deans. The incumbent will assist in developing training materials for training and education purposes. The incumbent will interact with large corporate accounts. The incumbent will represent the organization at trade associations and industry events.

Qualifications include a veterinarian degree with significant pharmaceutical industry experience at a more senior level.  The successful candidate will have experience successfully working with key opinion leaders. There is a significant travel requirement with this position that could entail up to 75% overnight travel.
