Small, independent group of veterinary hospitals looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead overall corporate operations and manage individual hospital administrators.
COO needs at least 5 yrs experience “successfully/profitably” managing operations of a multi-hospital veterinary hospital company; OR, longer/proven track record “successfully/profitably” managing larger single site veterinary hospital.
Ideal candidate would also have acquisition/divestiture experience, financial management skills. DVM also a huge plus.
Compensation will be incentive based with base, incentive bonus, & stock options.
