Regional Director of Operations – Northeast / New England

Regional Director of Operations-New England-The Regional Director of Operations provides vision and tactical direction to veterinary hospitals. The Regional Director works with leadership to forecast hiring needs and initiates recruitment as well as initiates development of the policies and procedures and infrastructure. The Regional Director will achieve profitable growth objectives for the region and will develop solutions for revenue and cost control. The Regional Director will proactive implement marketing strategies for the hospitals and will be involved with training at all levels.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in a related field to Veterinary Medicine along with 5-10 years of veterinary practice management experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate competencies in leadership, financial analysis, time management, change management and will have a high emotional intelligence. There is a high travel demand mostly by car for this position. The successful candidate will have knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel Spreadsheet Software, MS Word and MS PowerPoint software.
