Overnight Veterinarian – St Louis area

Madison County, Illinois – We are looking for a veterinarian who enjoys working the overnight shifts. In this role, the incumbent will diagnose, treat and perform procedures on the patients and will aid in client education. There are 50+ practices that refer patients and the practice has a positive reputation as it pertains to the hospital’s ability to provide excellent care to each patient and has a reputation for providing more high-end services and more technology. The veterinarian will work three shifts one week and four shifts the next week and will be working 12 hour shifts at a time.  This is a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university, State Veterinary License in good standing and DEA license, previous experience and ability to work in a fast-paced and high stress environment. Must be able to pass a drug screen test and background check and be able to lift 40+ lbs. of weight.
