The Product Manager is responsible for analyzing, planning, developing and coordinating the marketing of Animal Health products to meet organizational objectives and strategic growth plans. The Product Manager will oversee marketing, advertising and promotional activities, evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. Work cohesively with Advertising and Public Relations Agencies, Corporate Communications, Finance, Operations and Customer Service to develop, communicate and implement the marketing strategy. Maintain product forecasting and focus on achieving the targeted brand sales, market share and profitability.

Qualifications include 2+ years of sales/marketing in animal or human health pharmaceuticals or consumer brands. Understanding of marketing and product management required. Ability to work with teams, meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. The incumbent is responsible for development of strategic marketing plans, tactical marketing materials and for driving sales of current and new products into specific market segment (s) of responsibility. A strategic analysis of customer needs/desires, competitors, and the regulatory environment will be used in developing strategic plans, tactical marketing plans and sales support activities. International Territory Manager – Animal Safety – Middle East / Africa

The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales, increasing market share and building a strong international distributor network for the organization’s products internationally. The Manager will call on customers and prospects in the field and by telephone, e-mail and fax to identify customer needs and specifications, informing them of new and existing products/services and explaining characteristics and benefits. The manager will develop a list of prospects from trade and professional association membership lists, directories and other public records and from referrals and will communicate with existing customer base on a consistent basis.
