<p>The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring high quality medicine and an outstanding client experience in each of the MULTIPLE hospitals that they supervise. They will achieve this goal through recruiting, hiring, coaching and supervising veterinarians and by working with field directors to ensure the presence of outstanding paraprofessional teams.</p>
<p>In addition, Medical Directors partner with field staff to ensure outstanding business practices and a high degree of professionalism in each hospital. Medical Directors are expected to teach medical and surgical skills and to evaluate performance through frequent visits to hospitals. </p>
<p>Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree is required. A minimum of two years leadership experience and three years clinical experience is required, with proven ability to perform all basic surgeries, including use of all standard medical instruments and equipment. At the time of hire, an active veterinary license in good standing and related controlled substance licenses are required for the state in which the majority of the MD&#8217;s hospitals exist. For any additional states where the MD has hospitals at the time of hire, or if a new territory is acquired, necessary licenses must be obtained at the next available licensing date. All licenses must remain active for each state in which the Medical Director has hospital responsibility.</p>

The Director of the Product Development group will lead a group of Development Managers, responsible for planning and executing research plans resulting in registrations of new animal health pharmaceuticals. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that all R&amp;D projects have effective, comprehensive project planning and project management and coordination of resources between Regulatory Affairs and Pharmaceutical Development groups. This Director must have well developed skills and expertise in Project Management. Keys to success for this Manager are having a technical background, experience with CGP and GLP studies, experience with FDA and EPA regulatory authorities and a strong scientific perspective.</p>
<p>Required qualifications include:  Advanced degree: M.S., Ph.D, or D.V.M (or equivalent). Training and experience with broad-scope project management. Experience in research and regulatory affairs including interaction with governmental agencies. Understanding of product development, protocols, research reports and dossier preparation. Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all members of multi-discipline project teams. Comfortable working via cross-cultural and international teams. Functional knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project or other Project Management tools Training and knowledge of CFRs relevant to FDA/CVM and EpA. Training and knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (CGPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs). Travel 40-50% including domestic and international travel. Will have frequent contact with outside contractors, investigators and opinion leaders, and non-US development teams.</p>

<p>The incumbent will supervise the veterinary technical product support personnel and educate them on our client’s products and proper responses to questions from customers and consumers, in order to comply with Pharmacovigilance requirements. The incumbent will provide support to veterinary clinics related to adverse events to achieve resolution.</p>
<p>Additional duties include assisting with completion and submission of regulatory reports and internal reports to appropriate authorities while meeting all regulatory deadlines. Some overnight travel required.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a DVM or VMD with a minimum of five years of experience in veterinary practice in which there is a large component of companion animal medicine required. Supervisory experience required. Must be licensed in one US State. It is preferred that the candidate have previous experience with similar responsibilities. <p>Qualifications include a minimum of an associate&#8217;s degree. Bachelor&#8217;s degree is preferred. Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience, or relevant technical/clinical experience, preferably in the animal health, medical, scientific or healthcare industry.  Strong oral communication skills required including the ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from current and prospective customers. Basic math skills required.  Computer literacy with good working knowledge of standard office computer programs such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web Mail.  Good presentation skills and ability to transport, set-up and demonstrate equipment quickly and effectively. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Account Veterinarian.   In this role the incumbent will make sales calls and presentations to boarded veterinary specialists in specialty referral hospitals throughout the region.</p>
<p>Qualifications we are seeking include DVM or related degree, P&amp;L responsibility and ability to do an affective job selling to boarded veterinary specialists.   An outgoing confident individual is desired. </p>
<p>Approximately 75% travel including overnights is required.</p>
<p>Ideally the incumbent will live in Texas.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Regulatory Affairs Group is critical for the ongoing support of a wide range of existing products, and the development of new products. The regulatory affairs group consists of a team of skilled professionals working to meet Regulatory, Operational, Business and Scientific objectives.</p>
<p>The Director of Regulatory Affairs is the principal source of regulatory information and advice for the company, in addition to being a working manager, providing guidance to the other regulatory affairs staff, and overseeing the regulatory affairs group. <span id="more-402"></span></p>
<p>The Director  must have strong people management/coaching skills, effective coordination of the entire team, a broad-based knowledge of US and Canadian Regulatory issues, and an ability to work with every group within the organization are critical to the success of the R&amp;D effort and require the skills and talents of highly competent and energetic colleagues.</p>
<p>The Director is a hands-on position that must also be able to synthesize, strategize, plan and coordinate the present and future activities of a diverse team of professionals. The position requires a people oriented person that is experienced, motivated, disciplined, flexible, action-oriented, and results driven. Most suitable would be an effective manager and communicator, and a seasoned problem solver with uncompromising integrity.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> BS/MS, preferably in scientific field (chemistry, biology, animal science, etc.).</li>
<li>Graduate or professional training a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in research and regulatory veterinary medicine including interaction with governmental agencies.</li>
<li>Understanding of the product development process, including establishing development plans protocols, research reports, and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience in assembling product dossiers for submission to Regulatory Authorities.</li>
<li>Understanding of regulatory perspectives relative to Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) in a GMP environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity and experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing.</li>
<li>Excellent technical writing skills.</li>
<li>Command of GLP cGMP and GCP concepts.</li>
<li>Experience with EPA Data Call-in and re-registrations is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience and/or detailed knowledge of Pharmacovigilance requirements in the US and Canada .</li>
