			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Company is EXPANDING and  looking for Regional Account Managers (RAM) in multiple territories nationwide  - SEE BELOW &#8212;  to generate sales by calling on existing customers, sales leads and all potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region and will provide ongoing customer education and support.  The RAM will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our client&#8217;s products and service and will travel to offices of existing and prospective customers. The RAM will also transport equipment to customer and prospective customer locations. Other responsibilities include providing ongoing customer support, including assisting customers with product, technical or service concerns. </p>
<p>Qualifications include a minimum of an associate&#8217;s degree. Bachelor&#8217;s degree is preferred. Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience, or relevant technical/clinical experience, preferably in the animal health, medical, scientific or healthcare industry.  Strong oral communication skills required including the ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from current and prospective customers. Basic math skills required.  Computer literacy with good working knowledge of standard office computer programs such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web Mail.  Good presentation skills and ability to transport, set-up and demonstrate equipment quickly and effectively. Must be able to safely lift and move 60 lbs of equipment.  Requires a valid driver&#8217;s license and good driving record.  Must have own car but car allowance is provided. Must be able to drive and travel extensively.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The incumbent will formulate pre-clinical (target animal safety, toxicology and pharmacokinetic) development plans for new products in development and will work collaboratively within and across project teams to adhere to time schedules and meet critical deadlines. <span id="more-989"></span>Will design and write protocols for toxicology and target animal safety studies to gain information that will lead to regulatory approval of product.  Will initiate and monitor studies according to current federal regulations and company policies. Will analyze and interpret results and author study reports.  Will prepare data for submission to regulatory agencies and present data to regulatory authorities and/or at scientific meetings. Will coordinate and manage the pre-clinical group. Will provide an environment for personnel development. Will coach and develop personnel within the department. Will propose solutions or studies, including classic and innovative approaches, to address US and/or international product issues. Incumbent will participate in US and international product development teams as an internal expert in regulatory toxicology to provide guidance and advice on scientific issues and strategy in general toxicology to other scientists and regulatory personnel in the registration/approval of new products and in the defense of commercial products.</p>
<p>Other responsibilities include to participate in meetings with regulatory authorities to present and explain the position of our client company with respect to study requirements or concerns associated with the toxicology or safety of specific products. Establish partnership-based working relationships with scientific experts within regulatory authorities and facilitate the scientific and regulatory review process for our client&#8217;s products.  Incumbent will contribute to the risk assessment process by providing input to product safety managers/risk assessors on hazard identification, dose-response interpretation, use of mechanistic data and interpretation of toxicology profiles integrating information from other disciplines into the overall toxicological assessment. Incumbent will ensure Quality Assurance/Regulatory compliance and participate and/or lead administrative and procedural activities such as development of new Standard Operating Procedures.</p>
<p>Qualifications include PhD with board certification in toxicology or an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in addition to a DVM is desirable and should be in toxicology or a related field of pharmacology, pathology, etc.  Five or more years of experience in product development.</p>

<p>The incumbent will supervise the veterinary technical product support personnel and educate them on our client’s products and proper responses to questions from customers and consumers, in order to comply with Pharmacovigilance requirements. The incumbent will provide support to veterinary clinics related to adverse events to achieve resolution.</p>
<p>Additional duties include assisting with completion and submission of regulatory reports and internal reports to appropriate authorities while meeting all regulatory deadlines. Some overnight travel required.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a DVM or VMD with a minimum of five years of experience in veterinary practice in which there is a large component of companion animal medicine required. Supervisory experience required. Must be licensed in one US State. It is preferred that the candidate have previous experience with similar responsibilities. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for sales growth objectives within the assigned area (stretching from North Texas north to Missouri) through planning and management of sales personnel.  <span id="more-929"></span>The RSM will develop an understanding of customer needs by developing effective business relationships.   The RSM will train and assist sales personnel to help them profitably build their business and will develop more effective ways to manage the region&#8217;s business.   Other responsibilities include developing educational sales presentations in clinic meetings, training sessions, seminars and dinner meetings, providing feedback on marketing materials and competitive information, attending trade shows and company meetings as required, training and developing personnel to meet current responsibilities and to prepare them for future career growth.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in biology, animal health or related field, experience in leading and managing a sales force, ability to make presentations to a variety of audiences and response to questions, ability to interpret a variety of technical manuals, journals and bulletins, experience working in a veterinary clinic preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to travel 40-60%.</p>
