A Territory Partner is the exclusive representative for our client’s Pet Health Insurance product in a specified area. As a Territory Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your own business and long-term residual income while helping veterinarians and pet owners provide the high quality care pets deserve. You will build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals to educate veterinarians, techs, and office staff about our client. A Territory Partner will:

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will have a deep understanding of the companion animal veterinary sector and demonstrated ability to solve problems and build strong commercial teams. This executive will be responsible for relationships with key accounts for building strategic and tactical sales and customer service planning and actions for our client who is expecting to double their revenue in 2010 and more than double it again in 2011 and 2012. The incumbent must be a hand’s on executive with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or other technical products to companion animal veterinarians. Veterinary Regional Account Manager – New York / Long Island

The RAM will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s products and service and will travel to offices of existing and prospective customers. The RAM will also transport equipment to customer and prospective customer locations. Other responsibilities include providing ongoing customer support, including assisting customers with product, technical or service concerns.

Qualifications include a minimum of an associate’s degree. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience, or relevant technical/clinical experience, preferably in the animal health, medical, scientific or healthcare industry. Strong oral communication skills required including the ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from current and prospective customers. Basic math skills required. Computer literacy with good working knowledge of standard office computer programs such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web Mail. Good presentation skills and ability to transport, set-up and demonstrate equipment quickly and effectively. Must be able to safely lift and move 60 lbs of equipment. Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Must have own car but car allowance is provided. Must be able to drive and travel extensively.

A global leader in the Animal Health Industry has a need for a Technical Services Manager for its northeastern US territory. The Mgr must be based out of either NY , Boston, or Philadelphia metro areas.

This position includes responsibility for executing clinical research and communications programs within the agreed strategy to ensure science and product is supported by the retail community, as well as veterinarians. The successful candidate will be expected to support the company brand and to assist in introducing innovative products and programs to the Retail Channel quickly and with excellence.

Responsibilities include representing the company within the pet community, which includes: technical training and development of sales personnel; assisting on calls with key accounts; training of influencers in key accounts; the delivery of technical presentations; active participation in the University Programs; and participation in trade shows, continuing education programs, and symposia as needed.

Qualifications include: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent with an active license in one or more states is required. Previous experience in sales, communications, education, or a marketing role in the veterinary community.

Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes) are required. The applicant must possess a high level of initiative and drive. Good interpersonal skills and the ability and willingness to be a team player are critical. In addition, the applicant will be required to travel overnight, including weekends, up to 75%.
